The Tudor Tamar is a beautifully finished 62' semi-trad narrowboat, purpose designed for a liveaboard couple incorporating a dedicated working office.


As The Tudor Tamar incorporates the Hybrid Marine power system, it is an efficient, environmentally friendly and gas free narrowboat.


The exterior is painted a stylish blue with an off-white roof and red detailing - along with chrome fittings. The bow well deck has a cratch cover fitted with trapezoid safety glass panel looking forward. There is also a tonneau cover for the stern semi-trad section. Both covers are in blue to match the boat's main exterior colour.


Internally the boat is configured in the reverse layout format. Coming down the steps from the stern into the boat is a open plan space, incorporating kitchen / galley, a raised dinette with soft grey leather cushions, followed by a large saloon area with matching leather Stressless recliner chairs.


Next is the bathroom, with a VacuFlush water saving toilet system and then through to the dedicated office. The office is well equipped with desk space, drawers, overhead cupboard space and WiFi On Board connectivity. Next is the master bedroom with ample storage under the bed, in the wardrobe and a in variety of cupboards and drawers.


The hybrid propulsion system comprises a keel cooled Beta Marine 50hp engine with a 10kW electric motor / generator, all controlled with a simple throttle lever. The 800Ah battery pack providing both power for 230V AC electrical appliances without running the engine, as well as, near silent cruising when using the electric motor. Additional power to the battery bank is provided by six flexible solar panels fitted on the roof.


Other technical boating features include a Vetus brushless 90Kgf bow thruster with joystick control for variable power output and Vetus Aquadrive stern gear.
