As an Information Technology Director of a very large insurance company, I tend to select business partners and suppliers on the basis of relationships. For sure, some partners are cheaper or more expensive than others, but if you can fundamentally rely on a relationship, you know that you will end up with what you set out to achieve ; for me that was the utmost quality, absolute confidence in what we were trying to achieve and an absolute trust that I could rely on ; after all for most of us this is probably one of the most expensive investments we will undertake.
Whilst actual delivery and ownership of “Sir James” represents the second phase of this adventure, I will always remember the first phase ; meeting the Braidbar team and planning my dream and working with such a skilled bunch of people to make my dream come true. Despite having clear requirements of what I wanted to achieve, I have no idea if I was a demanding customer or not.
