The rear Boatman’s cabin is a variation on the original style for this area as it does not include a stove.

Albert No. 155

N/b Albert is a Trad-style, traditional looking boat built on a Mel Davis shell with a Potters Cabin and cratch to the front, and Taff rails to the rear. It is 62’ long with a Beta Tug engine, and Lewmar electric bowthruster. The rear Boatman’s cabin is a variation on the original style for this area as it does not include a stove, and the cabin is shorter in length than usual so the bench seat does not convert to a bed. However, there is still a surprising amount of storage and seating in the area and the intricate detail in the joinery and paintwork looks stunning. The engine room has a lined Pigeon box over the Tug engine, and an opening side hatch either side. A 2.2kw Mastervolt inverter / charger has been fitted.

The engine room leads onto the rear bedroom which is fitted with a 6’3” bed that extends from a width of 4’ to 5’. Overhead cupboards are built down the length and top of the bed, with a side-on wardrobe at the foot of the bed.
